This policy explains what data BrightGrow Digital collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and which third-party tools process it on our behalf.

BrightGrow Digital is a technology and search agency that builds websites and improves organic visibility. For any privacy question, contact us through our contact page.
When you submit our contact form or free-audit form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, website URL, company name and your message. We use this only to reply to you, prepare your audit and keep a record of the enquiry.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Like most websites, our servers and third-party tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location (country/region level) and the time of your visit. This is used for security, performance and to understand how the site is used.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to measure traffic and understand which pages and calls-to-action perform. GA4 sets cookies or similar identifiers and records events such as page views, clicks on buttons and WhatsApp link clicks. We send only non-identifying context to GA4 — we do not push your name, email or message content into analytics.
IP handling and data retention are governed by Google's terms. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand usability. Clarity records aggregated behaviour signals such as scroll depth, clicks, rage clicks and anonymised session replays and heatmaps of page interaction. Clarity masks text input by default, so information you type into form fields is not captured in replays.
Clarity data is processed by Microsoft as a processor and is used solely to improve layout, readability and conversion paths.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (including device and application data, mouse and touch behaviour, and IP address) and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of our forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We use reCAPTCHA only for security scoring — it is not used for personalised advertising by us.
This site is served and protected through Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as a content delivery network, DNS provider and security layer, and processes request metadata such as IP address, user agent and request headers to filter malicious traffic, mitigate DDoS attacks and cache content closer to you. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for bot management and security.
We use three broad categories: strictly necessary (security, bot protection, load balancing), analytics (GA4, Clarity) and preference storage (for example remembering that the site intro animation has already played, and basic campaign attribution stored in your browser's local storage).
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may break parts of the site.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to enquiries — including Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (delivery and security), our hosting provider, our database provider and our internal CRM tooling. Each processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes above.
Contact and audit submissions are stored in MongoDB Atlas and made available only to authenticated BrightGrow CRM administrators. Google reCAPTCHA processes submission signals for abuse prevention. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent directly to our public email addresses; the website does not send automatic acknowledgement emails.
Enquiry and audit records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a business record, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in each platform.
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data you submitted, or object to our use of it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in a region with statutory data rights (such as the EU/UK or India), those rights apply in addition to the above.
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy as our tooling changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
